QUEETO - The coolest name in the Bay Area music scene.
A native of the East Bay, Jara Queeto has been active in the
Bay Area
performance scene for over fifteen years, lending his piano,
trumpet,
composing, and arranging skills to countless groups and happenings
of
all styles. He has toured Australia with the Bay Area Wind Symphony
and the Midwest and Canada with the rock band FLUT. Also a talented
producer and engineer, Jara holds degrees in music from San
Francisco
State University and Sound Arts from Ex'pression College for
Digital Arts.
In addition to becoming an integral force in MILAGRO, he currently
leads
his own group called the Blue Bone Express, which specializes
in traditional
jazz and New Orleans style parade music.
