British
born drummer, Atma Anur has studied at the Manhattan School
of
Music and the Berklee School of Music. He has played on 100
major
internationally released CDs, has a large following in many
many
countries and has logged hundreds of hours of studio time.
Atma
has toured the world many times over with prominent artists
such
as Journey, Third Eye Blind, David Bowie, Richie Kotzen,Tony
Macalpine,
Greg Allman, Cacophony and Greg Howe (Of course we should
also
mention his extensive blues experience).
Atma
has also played on many movie sound tracks, performed on TV
and
played in many theatre pit orchestras. He has been teaching
for 20 years
and been featured in drum clinics for the Sabian cymbal company
for 10
years. Neal Schon once called Atma..."the Jimi Hendrix
of drums" in Rolling
